We’ve tried to make shopping online with boutiquevalmont.com as easy and quick as possible.

  • 2.Should you change your mind at any time while shopping, you can switch quantities or delete any item from your order on the right hand side of the site which gives you the details of your order.
  • 3.When you are finished shopping and you want to submit your order, click on “proceed to check out”. You will be asked to login to your boutiquevalmont.com account, or to create one if you have not already. This is a free account that allows you to review your orders and check their status.
  • 4.To complete the check out process, simply login
  • 5.Then fill in the billing information
  • 6.Fill in the shipping information

Shipping & Handling:

Orders delivered to the US and Canada,will be sent by regular ground mail free of charge. For express post within 3 to 5 business days, you will be charged 20 dollars. For security reasons, all package deliveries will require a signature. Valmont Group cannot be responsible for the theft or loss of goods.

Purchase from Quebec = 5% of TPS on net amount and 7.5% of TVQ on the 105%
Purchase in the maritim provinces = 15% on net amount
Purchase in all other provinces = 5%  TPS on net amount

Damaged Shipments :

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occured during the shipping process. However, if damage occurred, please notify us immediately.

Incorrect Orders:

Backorders & Delays:
